WHO may, but will not helpe, doth hurt,

We know; and curious they,

That dribling arms by art disband,

Wel-meant from wel-done pay:

And he that questions distresse,

And doth not help endevour,

Then he that sees, and nothing saies

Or cares, is less deceavour.
