A Version of the Lord’s Prayer

XI. Henry Lok

OUR Father which in heauen art,

Lorde! hallowed be thy name:

Thy kingdome come, thy will be done,

In heauen and earth the same.

Giue us this day our daily bread;

Our trespasses forgiue,

As we for other men’s offence

Doe freely pardon giue.

Into temptation leade us not,

But ’liuer us from ill;

For thine all kingdome, glory, powre,

Is now, and euer will.
