How did the team ensure that all requirements were met (to the extent that they were)? Our team along with the Mechanical Engineer team met with Dr. Foster every Tuesday after Senior Design to make sure we were meeting all the requirements for the Passing Trainer.

As well, we use microsoft project with a sharepoint site to track our progress on tasks and kept the site updated to reflect these changes. We also had team meetings as needed each week, and kept in contact as assignments were completed. Besides the EECS team meetings, we

These requirements changed multiple times throughout the semester as we presented them to the customer until we settled on the current set.
On into the design phase we worked on researching solutions to problems we found the the previous team’s designs and worked to correct them to better meet the requirements. The code to run the passing trainer was scrapped, as it was just a rough outline of what they wanted to accomplish and not an actual implementation. This allowed us to redesign the controls for the passing trainer. This was also checked with Dr. Foster as we progressed week to week, and when we had to write the report to formalize the design decisions. This allowed for quick feedback and revisions, as well as verified each piece as we finished it.
Then in our implementation phase we are working closely with Dr. Foster to make sure the implementation of our design does not change the project too much. Luckily as the design of the controls’ hardware is chosen, we will have

Looking back from when I began my career, I can say I came a long way learning the concepts of understanding the expectations that arose from all my positions. In my first job just after graduating, I was appointed as a Business Accountant of a multinational company. Since then, I was caught in the myth that people who were in leadership positions or high ranking were leaders. Being in a junior position, I could have the least effect on any new ideas as my voice seems to have landed in deaf ears. I have seen how those businesses were not in line with their Missions and Values only to find later that many of the staff had left the company.
I believe that Excel can enhance the younger generations math learning skills. I think that as long as the basic math skills of calculating numbers are learned and mastered first, then Excel can be of a great benefit in the development of the critical thinking skills that are necessary to implement all of the different formulas. I believe that this kind of critical thinking that is required to realize how to formulate the data is a very important skill to develop. I do think that the younger generations and everyone else's calculating skills become a "little rusty" because of continually relying on Excel to do all of the calculating instead of doing the math out longhand, but this can occur even through the use of calculators. I think Excel

Three differences between a working relationship and a personal relationship is that in working relationship you are working with someone or as part of a team whom are not of your choice, whereas in a personal relationship you can pick and choose who you want. Another difference is in a working relationship you follow rules and codes of conducts at work, and in a personal relationship you don't have to follow any rules of guidance. In a working relationship you have boundaries which are set up to help protect yourself and individuals of the service, where as

* Implement a timetable of training sessions available and a method of communication to staff, by the end of March
We would also have not evaluated the prototype, design and testing of the final product in such depth, but rather, would have concentrated on just the solution. The step-wise rigidity and tools required to be utilised for this design project would have been replaced with more free-flowing thought and mind maps. After going through the design steps set out, we believe that a more comprehensive and all encompassing final designed was reached.

This section of the design report describes the final design your team intends to construct in senior design 2 for testing relative to your design requirements.
