From the information gathered in this report, it is clear that Audit Diagnostics had neither sufficient presence in their market type nor focus on their marketing strategy. I believe this is what ultimately caused their downfall. In order to get products to their consumer base, they had to re-direct products into the hands of healthcare professionals across the country.
