People can actually get personal information about you by tricking you to fill out applications that LOOK real but are NOT real at all.Well first advantage is getting closer to the world and whats happening around

The drawbacks of having Internet is that it is not free, people have to pay to get wifi and internet can be dangerous. Internet is not the safiest place to save personal information. Since technology is
The author of this article is Karehka Ramey. He attended the University of London. The point of his article is to inform the many advantages of technology. It states advantages and disadvantages. However, I would only use the advantages since that’s the way I am arguing. . It would help me because I am arguing that there are many benefits of technology to society and it agrees with me. It agrees with me that there are many benefits, such as communication, in the medical field, entertainment, and social networking.
Having access to the internet allows us to browse more easily which in turn makes us smarter (Document 6). Having the ability to become smarter will allow our generation and the future generations to develop society and be able to share our ideas to go toward fixing the bigger problems in our world. Also phones are primarily used to keep in touch with people, even something as simple as that can nourish our brains (Document 6). Being able to connect with others is very beneficial because someone could learn about something bad that is happening across the globe. This could also be used to bring light or awareness to certain situations like raising money to give food to third world countries or helping out veterans in the USA. But this easy access to knowledge could be like a double-edged sword in that people could use the easy access to information to become more lazy in the way they
The internet makes people to be more dependency. It makes people to observe more information, and to be tended to find information. People relay more in finding information in the internet today. Furthermore, people are physically involved as they try to think and find information from the internet. The internet may have small effect on people, but still it helps people.
3. You could provide information for the deaf in picture form, for the blind, via a cd etc.
Speedup time to market. Because there are more people involved the process of innovation is faster
There are many pros when it comes to the internet. It allows family members in different states to keep in touch with one another. For example, my family is currently planning a surprise party for my grandmother, and to keep it a secret we have planned everything in a group message on the social media website, Facebook, Similarly, the internet also keeps Americans updated on what is going on in the world. Social media websites have become more popular than they were in 2008. Online classes were made possible by the internet for students who want to go back to school, or for students who are in school and
The advantages of having information so obtainable is that we can get information that we would like to know at the tip of our hands. Now that we have smartphones it is nice that we can look up addresses to certain places and be able to get the navigation application direct you to the location. It is nice to be able to get information that we need so easily I enjoy that it is so accessible. I constantly use the internet to look for information that I need. It can be to look up what certain person have contributed to history and how it has changed us. I also use it to find out side effects on medication or what is the medication is used to treat. This has helped me a lot at my job.
At a glance, the internet is one of the best invention ever made by mankind. One of the most important concept the internet had given to us is the power to convert ourselves from a consumer to a participation. In other words, the internet actually gave us a chance to express our opinions, whereas we can only consume when it comes to traditional television. Believe it or not, the internet saves us a huge amount of time in our everyday life. Since the internet is packed with useful informations and with just some simple clicks, students can do their homework or research on anything in the comfort of their room. Compare to the 1950s, whereas if you were to do a research on a certain subject, skimming through thick books in the library was
Another example of the benefits of the Internet is that of information acquisition and preservation. Back in the “good old days” acquiring information about an unfamiliar subject, or learning anything for that matter required a knowledgeable individual, a class, or a trip to the library. However, since the birth of the Internet and the development of Google by Larry Page and Sergey Brin all that has changed drastically. With Google we now have the ability to search for anything we desire at the click of a button. At a blink of an eye we are then instantaneously connected to thousands of pictures, articles, videos, books, etc. about our subject of choice such as sports. Furthermore, we not only have the ability to learn from educational documents; but from each other as well. That is, Individuals throughout the years have become more comfortable with sharing their experiences and voicing an opinion such as blogs, reviews, and testimonials. The fact is the Internet provides so many helpful sources for individuals to learn that one could practically teach their self.
For starters, technology spreads vital information to people world wide. For instance, if a person you know is on their deathbed, you need to tell someone right away. You can save someone's life and strengthen a lot of friendships. If you're ever lost, you may need to contact a close friend or family member. In that case, if a friend comes, you think of them in a greater way. You're able to share precious moments through technology such as the birth of your baby sister. You also can express your feelings with others using technology.
Another major utility of the internet is the ability to keep people connected. The internet allows friends and family to pay a low monthly price for e-mail, instant message and the ability to speak through a person’s computer. People can actually dial out to another computer and hold a conversation just as if they were on the phone.
You can create new social contacts all over the world, which you could not do so easy without the internet.
According to Steve Ballmer, I quote “The number one benefit of information technology is that it empowers people to do what they want to do. It lets people be creative. It lets people be productive. It lets people learn things they didn 't think they could learn before, and so in a sense it is all about potential.” End of quote. Although research has shown that technology is the enemy of human progress; over the years, technology has created faster communication, shortcuts in working, improved medical advances, and aided in relaxation.
