To maintain in reducing healthcare cost and generating profits, the manage care products must be consistently maintained effective cost containment efforts (Randell, 2010). After completing the budget analysis review of cost by classroom by following NAECY’s staff ratio guidelines it would cost approximately $57,000.00 per year per classroom to staff a toddler room with 4 kids per full-time teacher. Furthermore the cost to staff is a little on the steep side however when running an organization that adheres to NAECY’s guidelines and putting safety first it pays off in the long run. My toddlers would be able to have at least 867 inside square feet divided amongst 20 toddlers, and out licensed capacity is 18.57. Our facility outside square feet is 1600 square feet our licensed capacity is 21. The group size according to NAECY guidelines is 8-18, and our group size is 20. & our teacher/child ratio is 1.3/6.6.
