Once having left the Brewin’s place, I was back on the road pushing June’s car to its limit as I made my way over to the shed. I wasn’t completely sure of what my game plan would be once I got there, but I knew whatever it would be, my chances of pulling it off would be slim. I pulled onto the dirt road which led to the facility and then killed my headlamps for the rest of the brief journey. I didn’t really think I had the advantage of surprise given that Lyle probably had scouts watching the road, but it just felt right to do so. Having pulled up to the shed, I parked my vehicle near the thicket where Anna and Calvin had parked the first time they brought me here. Furtively, I made my way over to the side door of the main …show more content…
A moan soon accompanied the strange noise and I could tell at that point from where it was emanating although I still couldn’t see anything. It was originating from up above, straight up above from where I was standing as if whatever it was—or whoever it was—was bound and gagged and strung from rafters. The noise soon increased in its resonance throughout the building and I was about to back away, hoping I could go find some sort of light source, but, that was when the lights came on. From up above me, dangled Anna suspended in chains and hung from her feet. She wore a cloth gag they had stuffed in her mouth, which she struggled to scream through after seeing me standing there under her. They had beaten her savagely. A gash had been opened up around her eye and part of her femur jettisoned out of her leg, busting through the fabric of the blue jeans she wore. “Peter!” a voice called out to me from the other side of the room. And, as I focused my attention on the area it was coming from, I saw Lyle and Kim emerge from the office rooms at the rear of the shed where the Alliance had held their private meeting area during the gathering. They were accompanied by at least two dozen other members of the Alliance, many I recognized, some I did not. “I’m so glad you made it,” said Lyle as he approached. “We were worried you weren’t going to show and leave poor Anna here to her termination. And, they say chivalry is dead. I guess not amongst
That night, I tucked myself in under the white covers of the spacious king bed. I awoke later in the evening to hear a thump coming from upstairs. I snuck out of bed, careful not to wake John. I crept upstairs, the wooden floorboards rocking beneath my feet. Pushing the door ajar, I peered through to see what was there. I pushed the door open completely, searching for a cause of the noise.
His alcohol breath washed over her face. The girl struggled in the rough ropes that bound her arms, each second becoming more desperate. A large hand cupped the hinges of her jaw and squeezed harshly. The man sneered, silver strands dropping onto his eyelashes.
Her eyes shot open at the noise of a loud clunk, not that her eyes were being put to much use because there was nothing around her but darkness. As she reached both her arms out, she discovered two walls on either side of her.
heard the footsteps walk across the room. Then a scraping noise and other noises as
No screaming, no whispering; only the scraping of metal against glass. I looked around the room. No one seemed bothered by the disturbance that occurred only seconds before.
Then, the support off the bed was pulled away. If it hadn't been for the stranger having wrapped her legs around his waist as he pounded her tight, sopping slit, Sophie's shoulders might have been wrenched from their sockets. It caused her to drop, and for the teen's head to fall back, perfectly aligned at crotch level. Karl, as he'd done with Alexandria earlier that day, slid the leather belt from the loops of his pants, and smiled into her gorgeous hazel eyes. 'You said something about punishment."
She was driven to a house, with an armed guard stationed outside and led to an attached room. And her torture
She was carried roughly through the village like a sack of grain or potatoes before reaching a crudely built hut made of sod and mudbrick. Once inside, he lifted her from his shoulder and placed her back on the ground before pulling her arms up to tie a rope around each one separately before fastening them tightly around two large posts. Then her ankles were fastened the same,
Her arms and legs were bound, a choke collar placed around her neck and attached to a short chain, the other end of which was hooked to the top of the driver's side car door. It left Analise Helm unable to move her head, and with her eyes propped open with matchsticks, to look away, either. Of course, she'd resisted, but Pete had insisted. She needed to continue to prove herself, and he didn't want a knife in his back if she had doubts, or couldn't deal with the reality. She'd screamed and fought, and kicked and scratched, but in the end, what could she do? He possessed superior
A loud noice like that was unlikely to not be by something living. "Hello?" I call out. No response, "Hellllloooooo??" No response.
"Nah, all the trouble I have is going to go away after this, so...I'll see ya around, alright?" With one final hug, she was back in the familiar, bolstered Recaro racing seat and making her way down as many back roads as possible in order to arrive at the designated meeting place on time. She was, unfortunately, a few minutes late, though her bags were stowed safely away in the trunk and she had everything in place that was expected of her. She peered at the building, and then around the area, wondering if she should venture in or simply wait in the parking space she had swung
I walked toward them, grabbing food as I went, and taking in the almost complete emptiness of the room. I pulled out chair, offering a simple greeting to my only two friends. They nodded in return, and I stared out the glass windows at the vastness of the supposedly shrinking Amazon forest. The facility kept us hidden just in case anyone found out about the Ikaria experiment and came after us.
When I turned off my phone we were pulling into the barn parking lot. Once we were parked I unbuckled then went to the trunk to get my bag and my horse's halter and lead. I walked to the barn door and called “door” we do that so that any riders or horses are aware that a person or horse is entering the barn. I put my bag at the first set of crossties then walked out to paddock 3 where my horse
You’re walking down the sidewalk on your way home. A chilly breeze blows, and you hunch your shoulders, shoving your hands into the pockets of your jacket. Feeling a need for spontaneity, you decide to take a different turn. After five minutes of walking you come upon a corner store. You feel an urge to go in and you don’t know why; maybe because the store looks impossible somehow, with its smudged outline and colors that are slightly less visible than the colors of the other buildings on the street, or because of the way that none of the passersby even give it a glance.
Slowly I walked to the parking lot and got out my bike's key from the pouch.
