It is very important that I know how to handle each complaint and minimise any damage. For example, consultants are often tired and stressed, it is important to communicate with them quickly as usually the problem is minimal and they just need someone to talk to to help them reassess the situation, it is important to be empathetic. External customers and clients need to be top of priority, if they feel ignored this can lose business for the company. It is also important that I understand how to negotiate and manage outsource providers.
A lot of the contractors that work for us are paid by an outsourced payroll solution. Each week I need to ensure that payroll is managed correctly, that these companies have the correct details and funds to pay our contractors each Friday morning.
Activity 2
It is common in my job role, that I will have more than one customer that requires my assistance at any given time. Recently I had 3 customers come to me with a problem at similar times. These customers where: Client – querying his charge rate for our services. Our Managing Director – Would like someone to take a disciplinary. Consultant – Asking what they are likely to achieve in bonus this month.
It is always important that I prioritise the requirements of each customer and understand how their problem could have an effect on the company. For example, the client is an external customer of GPW, it is important

You made it! You received your master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and now it’s time for you to start seeking career opportunities. At this point, you may be a little confused as to what areas you should focus on in HR since your experience may be limited. Imagine that a friend shares with you that he/she has a small but rapidly growing business which is in need of an HR department. He has asked you to be the HR Manager. Your friend mentioned that he / she previously worked with an HR consultant, but now has close to 100 employees with no definite, dedicated HR department, and really needs your assistance. Although you are nervous, you realize that it’s now time for you to show your skills and put all your years of studying into action.
HR professionals have to think carefully about what they are doing in the context of their organization and within the framework of recognised body of knowledge. They have to perform effectively in the sense of delivering advise, guidance and services that will help the organisation to achieve its goals.
Listen fully to what the customer is saying. Try to gather all the facts about the complaint and write them down. Ask questions and summarise what that are saying.
Understanding customer needs (including examples of 3 different customers and 1 need for each, and explain how you would prioritise conflicting needs)
The CIPD Human Resources Profession Map (HRPM) consists of two core professional areas, eight behaviours and ten professional areas.
As a Learning and Development Practitioner, I am fully aware of the importance all customers have in any organisation and I need to meet their needs and deliver the promised level of service at all times.
I have been asked to provide a report that supports the retention of the HR function within our organisation. In this report I will explain how Human Resource activities support the organisations strategy and how HR professionals support line managers and their staff.
Further to the recent organisation re-structure forecasting the closure of the HR department, the following report has been created to highlight the importance of the HR activities and the support it offers within the organisation.
* Credibility of a person I believe is built on previous experiences and how you performed within those experiences. To build a reputation of reliability and be trustworthy

Each underlying necessity was then raised in the meeting and developed by discovering ambiguities and potential issues, which were then changed into assist useful and non-useful prerequisites to be recorded close by the current prerequisites where conceivable.
In order to be able to prioritise the needs of each customer it is suggested that urgency and importance be considered for each one. Reviewing the customer needs the order of priority would be task two, three and one. This
The first issue I have to handle by working under the customer representative department, I have to take care of all the customers’ complaints, with no financial support from the company.
