SMARTCANE has found huge response from the NGOs’; however, their product is very basic and doesn’t come in custom designed and with other features. After reviewing the online blogs and feedback, our company has identified that our GPS feature is very helpful for the targeted customers when compared to others in the industry. • Strengths and Weaknesses: ULTRACANE is leading the pack thanks largely to the success they have had in producing a high quality product and reached in the market first. They have been in the market since 2011 and have been dominant in European as well as North American markets. Their weakness is in the price since their product price is very high for normal person to purchase. Also, they lack in providing the GPS features in their product. [1] SMARTCANE works majority as common person with fairly cheaper prices. Their product doesn’t have multi color design, GPS features, and comes only in one style.
