In the beginning, Jake at first is nervous and frustrated that Amy is late. Which is a lack of commitment from Amy's side, and Jake is just feeling the effects of it. When Amy does get there, Jake starts to ask questions and is very aggressive about it; all the while he does not give her a chance to speak. This is another type of transgression, Jake is displaying problematic emotions while he is addressing Amy. Also while Jake is questioning Amy, she is acting suspiciously, and either trying to avoid the question or delaying the answer. Which does not help and actually makes the situation worse, between the two. Throughout the session they are both distant, no touching whatsoever and avoiding eye contact. Things do get pretty heated between the two, and Jake even pressured the counselor into revealing what his thoughts are; in which was unsatisfying to both of them.

For last week assignment, we were all asked to download three fitness apps of our choice and to monitor our daily physical activity and calorie intake. The three apps I decided to download for this assignment were Myfitnesspal (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/), MyPlate (https://www.livestrong.com /myplate/), and SparkPeople (https://www.sparkpeople.com). In order to use each of these apps, I had to input general information about myself such as height, current weight, weight goal, date of birth, and whether or not if I would like to gain, lose or maintain weight. Having the ability to scan my food barcode made each app easy to use. Out of all three apps, I would say that Myfitnesspal and MyPlate were the easiest apps to figure out. I had a little difficult time using SparkPeople in the beginning. I had a hard time figuring out how to automatically set up my step from my iPhone. Most of these apps were not complete, in order to track my macros or to know what foods rank the highest in nutrients, I would need to pay for premium membership to gain those type of access. However, with each of these apps, I was able to choose a variety of workouts.

For this assignment, I interviewed my friend, saeda, a married mother of two children and a 1st generation immigrant. She is a licensed practical nurse who makes about $3000 a month. She currently does not have any savings but thinks about ways to save for the future. My friend recognizes that she has a spending problem; she has attempted to free her from this never-ending cycle of spending numerous times but failed in the processes. She experiences an internal happiness when she buys things even if she does not need them. In regards to my current life stage, I am a young adult and almost all of my financial income is paid in wage from my occupation as a lifeguard. As I am not a parent of any kids, my financial expenses consist of paying for food, clothing, transportation, and school fees. Therefore, most of my expenses are centered around myself and focuses on future career plans to eventually increase my income as I will be able to attain a profession after acquiring a college education. Presently, I have not surrounded myself with assets because I have not acquired my college degree or decided upon a profession; as a result, I would not be able to search for appropriate assets.

Learning is the individual growth of person and new understanding around us as a result of cooperative interaction and sharing the experiences with others. I will start describing what I learnt from interaction in pair and group after detailing how I met my partner and group. I met my partner Nuttanun on Wednesday July 8, 2015 virtually because we both were not able to attend the first class due to rescheduling issue. She approached me by email and we exchanged our phone numbers. We decided to meet in person on Thursday at 6:00 pm to understand and discuss the class we missed. The show that I used for this assignment was Friends. I felt that Joey played the role of the leader. When Ross told everyone he was moving, Joey was the first person to speak up about how he felt. For this class project, I think my group worked well together on the assignments. We all saw we had responsibilities and were expected to do our own parts for each assignment we worked on. For each assignment, we would split it equally among us and used a tool called Google Docs so we were each on our own computers but working together on one file. Google Docs really made the process easier with reviewing all the information and having it all in one file. If any questions came up we had a group text to communicate when we weren’t on campus grounds for class.

However, for this schoolyear, I was put in a group with three other students, Emma, Mia, and Lucy, who do not share my same beliefs and experiences. Emma is involved in a variety of activities including numerous AP classes. As a result, she has trouble with her time commitment and I knew from the start, working with her might be a challenge; however, I hoped for the best since she usually tries to commit to her schoolwork. Mia is involved in with the spirit team, and she dedicates a lot of her time to both the team and to her job. Despite her busy schedule, she is in the top five percent of the class and hopes that this class with be an easy GPA boost. Lucy is on the volleyball team, and even though it is time consuming she prioritizes school before her other activities. There are many tasks I have undertaken or completed in the last year or two that have nothing to do with academics or education. Even though these tasks have not been related to my education, they have helped me prepare for the tasks I plan to undertake in 2014.

Once you have got that finalized, you can introduce the use of other UC options available, like messaging, presence, video, chat, mobile and other integration tools. Remember, there is no turning back once the workforce starts using UC and is dependent on tools like chatting, screen sharing and presence indicators. In our project we worked diligently and completed the assignment in good time. Some positive aspects of the assignment were the fact that me and my partner worked well together and shared the tasks equally, we would've liked to complete the writing portion of the assignment quicker so we could work on raising money for a longer period of time. In addition at the start of the assignment it seemed like a large task but once started there was less difficulty. Me and my partner Dylan worked well together as we are friends, we each did equal work which was not up to standard. Something to include next time in our group would maybe be some more creativity so we could have raised more money or an enhanced essay, we did not encounter any obstacles.
