Mobile technology devices are used more today in the office for communicating outside the office. These devices provide the office worker the independence to stay in contact during commutes, to work from home, or to participate in meetings when away from the office. According to research, the most valued qualities of using mobile technology are the functions that the devices provide (Gebauer, 2008).

| Mobile devices: The majority of individuals now carry with them devices that in the past were the purview of IT. Whether it is smart phones such as iPhone, Blackberry, Android, and Windows Phone 7, or tablet devices such as iPad and Google OS or Windows based devices, individuals have the power of a desktop in their hands. Given existing technologies, users can perform most of their standard business responsibilities using these devices and the applications available on them. Whether it be customer, product/service, or financial transactions, sitting at your desk with a computer is no longer required. Legacy IT organizations struggle with this new direction, and issues of control and change persist.

The patients have the capability to do video conferencing via their phones for remote consultations with their doctors. A remote monitoring systems is permitting patients to take a very active method in prevention care. Nowadays, in a patient’s hospital room , technology has various devices as (E.K.G. Machines, ventilators, fetal heart monitors, oxygen sensors, blood pressure sensors, etc.) this devices are connected to the hospital 's server , where it can in turn records and transmits the data to a smart phone or tablet used by its staff to make sure to have a best care possible.

This project is a composition of several reviews collected from users who used and are currently using the mobile devices which run on Mobile Operation systems: Apple iOS[1], 8th version and Google’s Android OS[2], Lollipop version. The devices running these operating systems are Apple iphone6 running on iOS and Google Nexus 5 running on Android OS.

While software selection criteria were not in scope for this effort, it does warrant discussion on the overall availability of specialty software for the medical industry on iOS, Android and Windows platforms. Currently, most of the “MCA’s” or Medical Clinical Assistant platforms operate in a Windows-only environment, as do most of the key medical records and billing platforms in the medical field. The cost of custom software development to build a mobile solution is far beyond the budget of most local hospitals and not an endeavor to be undertaken lightly.
