Clarifying organizational mandates is the second step in the Strategy Change Cycle. According to Bryson, mandates help indicate the public value the organization will create (2011, 117). Meaning that by having mandates in an organization, members are able to guide what values their organization will bring to the public sector. Mandates make sure that the members or an organization know what they are formally and informally required to do (Bryson 2011, 121). This gives organizations a guide on what they should be doing. Formal requirements are likely to be codified in laws and regulations and are easy to uncover and clarify while informal mandates may be embodied in norms or the expectations of key stakeholders, such as the elector
The Student Organizational Fair at SUNY Potsdam is essentially where a=organization clubs at Potsdam put up tables and students would walk around and learn more about the clubs. There is one club in particular that I will definitely join and I wouldn’t have known about it if it wasn’t for this fair.

Professional organizations were created to assist in the growth and development of a profession (Black, 2014). For example, nurses use organizations to improve health and working conditions that result in changing the way health is delivered to a population (Black, 2014). These organizations allow individuals to express their opinions on current issues, enhance their knowledge of the profession, and facilitate relationships with other individuals that share the same interest and concerns. To get a better understanding of these groups, I explored the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) website to see what information I could collection.

The Organizational studies program is unique, and so am I. One thing that makes me unique is that I am classified as legally blind because I lost the vision in my right eye when I was young, and I have low vision in my left eye, which means I see things in a different way and at a different angle. I have realized that due to this disability, I need to work harder to achieve success. By being a student at this University, even with this disability, I have demonstrated my passion and drive to succeed, and I will continue to show this level of dedication now and in the future. I have developed a different perspective, a new way of seeing problems and ideas, that I would bring to the Organizational Studies program. My ability to sort out the

The major differences between a private and public management is ownership, funding, public interest and mode of governance where public organisations are controlled collectively by the members of political community and depends on the political authority for its activities. However, Bozeman (1987) claims that, all organizations are public because they are all affected by political authority whether they are public or private. It is the political system that imposes more constraints rather than the economic system.
