On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.

Welch stated she had got in contact with Ms. Grey once during her involvement with Mr. Kimbrell. However, the contact did not go well. According to Ms. Welch, she called Ms. Grey to check on Mr. Kimbrell and nensure he did not have a doctor appointment the following day, because she was going to visit if he was going to be home. On 12-05-17 at approximately 1017 hours, I responded to 442 N. Los Robles Avenue regarding a psychological evaluation. PPD Dispatch advised that a female, White was yelling incoherently at the above location. Officer Gawlik #3116, Officer Herrera #3595 and Officer Killgore #7231 were on scene prior to my arrival.

On September 27, 2016 an African American man was shot and killed by El Cajon police. A woman whose is sister of the man who was shot called the police indicating her brother was “not acting himself”. The man whose name Is Alfred Olango was walking into traffic in the 800 block Broadway before police officers found him behind a restaurant around 2:11pm. Olango ignored the instructions from the police officers multiple times, then [quote] “concealed his hand in his pant pocket,” Davis said [end of quote]. Olango would pace back and forth then [quote] “rapidly drew an object from his front pants pockets, placed both hands together on it and extended it rapidly toward one officer, taking what appeared to be a shooting stance,” the chief said [end

A police officer comes to the emergency department nursing station and asks to speak to Harmony Andrews concerning the accident because she was sitting at the front of the bus and may have witnessed the accident.

“When you have discovered her we solicit that you inform us instantly of her location. Lt. Marshall is to persuade her to return to Sacramento with Sac PD on an investigation.”

On 9/20/2016 at approximately 12:41 pm, I, Officer Hunter was dispatched to Riverbend Condominiums located at 1625 Martin Bluff Road in reference to an assault. Upon arrival I spoke with Marissa Epling, the victim of the assault and the resident of apartment number 90. Epling said that Darren Pritchett and Abigail Gladden came to her residence uninvited and forced their way into her apartment, after the door was opened by her friend, Chelsea Robertson, who was visiting her at the time of the assault. Robertson said that Pritchett was first through the door followed by Gladden.

Things have gone downhill in a matter of days, and I have simply had no time to myself to sit and ponder. Brother John has recently killed himself due to his gambling debts. Shocked beyond belief, Mother had a stroke and is now on her deathbed, slowly fading in and out of life. Eliza and I have been tasked with taking care of her until she ultimately passes away. Then when Mrs. Stevenson called back about the murder the operator was being patient but kept getting interrupted by her and called stupid. The operator started getting weary because of her yelling and called in the chief who was cool and professional. It states “(high-strung and demanding). Can you trace it for me?”(Fletcher 115), and the chief operator sees her as being rude and demanding. This was because she was in a way yelling at the chief.

Due to this fact, bridge designers decided that they needed to consider the option of installing some sort of suicide prevention system. Before any decision was made, the ramifications of both implementing a system and not implementing one had to be considered. Deciding whether or not to implement a system calls for an in-depth analysis of the ethics. One must identify the ethical dilemmas present, and provide analysis on the effects on all the stakeholders involved.
