This is an innovative concept within mental health. the position of aTSS was created to provide a child with an opportunity to succeed in the least restrictive environment. as a result, children, their families and caretakers are able to develop the skills to succeed within their individual community. One of best way to identify if the client is progressing is to have an strong support and powerful therapeutic relationship with your team staff and creating a bond and trust between your client the team staff and the TSS. TSS works one on one directly with a client in the school using 5 most common functions to intervene with child's maladaptive behavior 1: provide behavioral support and guidances as by treatment plan, through positive reinforcement, behavioral interventions and redirection when necessary. 2: Work with the client to increase their ability to focus on task, organize and structure activities within the school day. 3: Implementation of a structured environment for client, for example, development of appropriate time intervals for tasks, organizing environment and acclimating cli9ent to routine. 4: increasing the child's ability to cope with emotional difficulty that impedes school
