The talent recruiting process has been facing a number of challenges in the present times because of a number of shortcomings. The IT industry is also spending huge sum of amount in the recruitment process in order to have the managed and improved recruiting services as well as consultants. According to the recent research data, the businesses are found to be spending around more than $3,300 per hire on the recruiting and this budget has also tend to increase with around 6 percent in the last year which eventually makes around $72 billion per year on a number of recruiting services, products and staff. Another important factor which is also posing huge challenge is speed which is becoming necessary for the need of competition sustainability in the market of job (Sullivan, 2013).
There are also a number of ERP suppliers with the help of which the organizations and companies could make their systems effective and manageable. Examples of top ERP system suppliers include Oracle, Microsoft and SAP. These systems are beneficial to all, from small scaled business to medium and large scale organizations. One of the most important things which are to be taken into account for the ERP systems is that it is applied to application suites which are outside of the manufacturing market. The hospitals, large organizations and general business can have the license of the broad ranging integrated software suites which are then marketed to the ERP solutions. It is to be noted that the companies are getting more involved into the use of portals for the sake of effective recruitment. Similarly the internal experiences of the employees are also being enhanced with the use of ERP systems and other strategies in order to reduce the turnover rate.

With information provided in this article, the researcher is able to advance a thorough understanding of the different issues on improving recruitment and selection processes within organizations.

To this end, organizations should prepare for the administrative burdens that come with online recruiting and plan to fulfill the recruitment needs of both the candidates and the organization. Figure 1.1 shows the four step process in recruiting potential prospects into any company.
