Being the oldest child has had a huge impact on who I am today. I have to be responsible and make sure that my sisters have someone to look up to. My actions play a role on how I show off my responsibility. I am responsible in any shape, way, or form because I love it when everything around me is neat, clean, done on time, and organized. Being responsible is not an easy aspect especially when different thoughts go through people's minds when they hear the word. To most people, when they hear people mention the word responsible they often assume that they did something wrong. For example, when teachers say, “Who is responsible for this,” people believe that someone has done something wrong. In my eyes, that is not how I see myself at all. Teachers usually tell me to watch the class if they step out because of my responsibility skills. I have learned that when someone trusts me or holds me responsible for something and I do not do it, I lose that person’s trust and it would be very hard to get that trust back. When people hold me responsible, I take that as a compliment because they know that I am …show more content…
When I am at home I am a clean fanatic because I like everything around me to be neat and organized and look like that same way it was before. Besides cleanliness, I am very overprotective when it comes to my sisters. I always make sure my sisters do their homework as well as my homework on time. If they have projects I will make sure that I give them creative ideas since I have had the most experience. Also, I know that my parents realize that I am up and ready because they always leave me in charge when they leave us home alone. If my parents did not trust me or understand that I am capable enough for watching my sisters they would have never left me alone with them. Sometimes I am way too ahead, but I believe that if I am acting that way I am showing more care towards my

I am responsible everyday of my life. For example, I have responsibility by showing up to school and getting my homework done and turning it in on time. Also, I am responsible by showing up to work on time and working for others even though it is not my weekend to work. I always try to experience something new each day. Whether this be learning something that I did not know about or trying to get someone to try something that they have never done. I am in HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America), which is an organization that I try to persuade people who are going into the medical field to join. This is a great way to learn more about the medical career that they want to go into. I joined HOSA because I was interested in Radiological Technician. By joining this organization, I learned so much about my career in which I want to go into. This made me want to go into to that so much more. One of my weaknesses is that I have always been a person that puts too much trust into some people, which is not always bad. Sometimes when I trust a person too much then I will not be able to trust that person ever
Responsibility, the definition of responsibility is the state of being responsible, answerable, or accountable for something within one’s power, control, or management. We all have a individual responsibility to the country that we live in. From the day that we were born to the day we die, as American citizens we owe it to the people who fought and gave their lives for this country to fulfill our responsibility to this great country of ours. From the birthday of our country on July 4, 1776 to present day there have been men and women of all races, backgrounds and ethnicity whom have worked to make this country great. We can fulfill this obligation through service to our communities, setting high personal goals
Responsibility to me is the passion that one must do what they know they need to do to succeed, because if they don’t they will never be able to do what they need to to take care of themselves. Responsibility is acting by yourself even if there is not direct incentive to do so because it is what one must do to succeed. When I finally became mature enough to understand the responsibility’s I had for myself and others that were apart of my team, I immediately changed my ways and my grades in senior year were over one whole grade point average compared to the two prior years. To be responsible in life is to be successful and if one can not be responsible in life then they will never reach their full
Aside from the fact that being a responsible person is a potent trait to have, being responsible has many benefits such as being triumphant in life and having an adequate reputation.
I try not to get in trouble in school, I follow directions, do my work, I try to have a good grade in all my classes, being a good listener, and I get along well with my fellow classmates. At home I try to help my sister with her homework, I clean up my room, kitchen, living room, I wash clothes, I do not go out much, I am always in my room. I do not try to create problems at home, I try to get along with everyone and every now and then I will try to play outside with the kids. I follow directions at home and I try to do my best where I
I was always the good child. I’m not saying that my sister was bad, but I was the overachiever. I had straight A’s in everything. I could read by three, control a computer by four, and I preferred to be alone creating characters than with friends. The latter was probably the most significant aspect of my life, because while my sister was out catching snakes with friends I was preparing
Responsibility is being able to take psychological ownership of what I do. Also, taking the lead in anything I do.
Being the middle child has given me a different experience than if I was an only child. This has allowed me to experience memories with my siblings, had it been just me these would not have been the same. I remember the first time I went to Disney with my sister, we met Cinderella and the mice, it was so funny, I was the younger sibling and my sister started crying as she was afraid of the mice. This is something that I own, as does my sister, this is a memory we share, no one can take this away from either of us.
Being responsible refers to our ability to make decisions that serve our own interests and the interests of others. We first need to be responsible for ourselves before we can be responsible for others. In learning to be more responsible it is important that we know our limitations. It does not matter how smart we are, there is only so much responsibility that one person can handle at any given time. It is also important to remember that we are not responsible for thing that are out of our control, for example, how other people think and feel or how they react to ourselves or others. Sharing responsibility for both success and failure can lead to increased responsibility to oneself and to others. When you
I have been the oldest of six children for 17 years, Since then I have had a lot of responsibilities being the oldest. I really started to have more responsibilities when my little sisters were born. I began to change diapers and started to learn how to make bottles and help my mom out. I mostly did it because my sister that was a year younger than me really didn't want to learn how to do it. So I did it instead. I really didn't mind because I loved to take care of babies. I did begin to get tired of it but I got over it because I knew I needed to help my mom. Having a lot of responsibility at a young age is good and bad for some kids. For me it was very good because it made me more mature and way more experienced with children and how to take
