The topic of the report is an exploration of a career option and a Tax Auditor at Canada Revenue Agency. The purposes of this report are to not only prepare myself for the position by examining and learning but also introduce a different field of work to colleagues

Lots of opportunities are available within the tax departments after obtaining the knowledge of taxation and experiences. Another of my duties at Taxfile was to monitor tax investigations to verify if the client needed to amend any tax income. I achieved this by requesting and researching for supporting documents, such as financial statements, mortgages and certificates of interest through the client or by locating information through third parties.
