#2 High-pressure sales tactics don't create happy customers. They often create angst and discontent.
We found more than more comment from an angry customer who had canceled their home consultation, or decided not to purchase replacement windows right away, only to receive “daily, obnoxious” calls from schedulers trying to get back in the door, so to speak. Many people may not know that some brands, and some Renewal by Andersen locations, use call centers to schedule appointments. These call center agents can be a bit too passionate about setting appointments.

Our policy is to honor requests to stop calls immediately. Simply email the local office or call 1-877-313-9052 and ask to be removed from the call list. No stress, no worries, no harassment.

#3 Consumers deserve to know who they are working with.
We were surprised to learn some customers assume that Renewal by Andersen and the Andersen Corporation, our parent company, are the same entity, and therefore offer the exact home improvement product line. Some consumers who were thrilled with their replacement window and patio doors, were still very disappointed to learn that they weren't working with Andersen.
