We have never known so much about the things we intake into our bodies. We have gotten it down to the milligrams of all the nutrients we should be eating each day and exactly how much of it we need. There is wealth of information on every food item, diet regimen, and health benefit imaginable; it is overflowing in the media and overabundant in science journals.
