Human resource management is involved in the act of putting together employees in an organized manner to assure the objectives of the organization are achieved in a competent and experienced manner. Human resources are the most important services of any organization since they are the catalysts of non-human resources and the medium for developing competitive advantages and sounds of creativity. No organization can exist without a human resources department (Walsh, 2009). A company without an HR department would be reducing its operations and could collapse within a short amount of time.

Human resource is the employees within the business, Human Resource Management is the management of the employees and to emphasis what they can bring to the business and monitor how the business can improve. “The overall purpose of human resource management is to ensure that the organisation is able to achieve success through people” (Armstrong, 2009, p.8), if the workforce feel valued, the work performance will be of a higher standard, this in tale can then boost the businesses production.

Human resources will be consider as important issue when there is a focus of achieving organizational goal and objectives or revising of company policy, employee issues or whether it’s an issues of delivering products and services to the user. Human resource management ensures that organization hold the desired skills required to perform the operations effectively and efficiently. HRM focus on two main factors which are appropriate approach and activities. It refers to the procedure of managing the staff like performing recruitment then selection and doing placement, promotions or termination. It consists of different aspects like planning, profession guidance, job design, training, reward scheme, diversity and protection.

Education plays a vital role in shaping tomorrow’s leaders. Education is the process of giving or receiving systematic instruction, especially at a school or university. There are many reasons why one would need an education. For example, having an education can help someone obtain an exceptional job, increase their knowledge, and even increase their earnings potential. Obtaining an education is not only learning math, science, or history, but it also teaches people about the world around them. Having knowledge about the world can teach people about other cultures and different types of lifestyles. People can also learn about different and higher paying jobs. Another way to gain knowledge is through technology. Technology plays a significant role in education. The role of technology in education is to enhance learning.

Today, many schools just focus on how to prepare students for college by teaching them the standardized knowledge For example, art is a subject that is selective for students. According to education, art seems like the least important subject because it is useless for many students’ future. Therefore, schools do not force the students that they have to take art as college standard course. At the same time, people also ignore that fact that art can also help students develop their creativity and thinking. Same as history and literature, they both help students think what is right or wrong in society, and teach them make judgment for certain events. Students should study how to think before they learn hand-on experience, because the think process is the basic step for them to look close to the world and better understand
