The federal government has three parts. They are called legislative,Executive, and Judicial. Each branch holds different job and power that is required for it to attempt. These three branches were established in the 1789. The executive and legislative branch are elected by the people and the Judicial is elected by the senate's.

The executive branch is the first branch of the federal government which contains the president and 5,000000 people's as workers. In 1789, the executive branch was made. Do to the website “Whitehouse.gov” it's states “The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the President of the United States, who also acts as head of state and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces”. It was created in 1789 by the Article I of the Constitution. “Congressforkids.net” states “Legislative Branch: Headed by Congress, which includes the House of Representatives and the Senate. The main task of these two bodies is to make the laws. Its powers include passing laws, originating spending bills (House), impeaching officials (Senate), and approving treaties (Senate)”. In other words, this meant that the legislative branch is what makes the laws, originate houses, and call to question of a integrity or validity of something. This is known as a bicameral legislature. Each of the houses of Congress has its differences and there is something they must do together as well”. This means that the two parts of the legislative are the senates and the House of Representatives. One of the senate's jobs is to ratify the treaties while the House of Representatives has to pass all the spending bills before the senate's reserve
