Train Contractor Officer Representatives (COR) to be able to identify and report acts of fraud in USG contracts throughout the CENTCOM AOR.
To train COR’s on the importance of being alert to possible red flags regarding the contracts they oversee. Additionally, arming COR’s with the proper external resources for reporting any potential acts of fraud and preventing CTIP practices.

Eliminating operational practices of Combating Trafficking In-Person (CTIP) with foreign national contractors
All COR’s are properly trained and educated on contractual fraud and waste practices and the reporting channels to eliminate acts of contractual fraud and waste throughout the CENTCOM AOR.
The classes covered the dangers of fraud in government contracts, how to spot possible cases of fraud and how to report any suspicious activity. We trained almost 90 COR’s at both Camp Arifjan (15 Sep, 0800-1100, Zone 1 Chapel) and Camp Buehring (23 Sep, 0800-1100, Main Post Chapel).

Warren Worth a Lead Inspector General Overseas Contingency Operations (LIG-OCO) Hotline Investigator was the primary presenter at both Camp Arifjan and Camp Buehring. Additionally, the secondary instructors represented the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS) and Military Procurement Fraud Criminal Investigation Division (MPFU CID). This training session provided a thorough explanation of the LIG-OCO agency is and their mission. Secondly, identified the possible red flags when it comes to identifying fraud, reinforced learning by highlighting actual adjudicated cases to explain the severity of contractual fraud throughout the area of operations.
