It is important to realise a mistake so that you can find ways to not make the same error. We don’t want to become discouraged if we do something wrong, so it is important that when we do make mistakes, we just take it as an experience of what not to do next time. The best way to learn from a mistake is to ask others and see how others’ dealt with similar problems.

Writing the project plan provides a structured framework for thinking about how the project will be conducted. A significant value of writing a project plan is the process rather than the outcome. It forces the players to think through their approach and make decisions about how to proceed. A project plan can be formal, as stakeholders and supporters approve documents and procedures used to guide both project execution and project control. Overall, project plans create a system of document forecast assumptions and decisions, push communication amongst stakeholders, substantiate approved scope, cost and schedule baselines.
The purpose for a code of conduct is to help the organization to establish the assurance within a company, it will also touch upon the cultural ethics of the company while maintaining the legal and ethical policies and system for the decision making process. Not to exclude the core values and principle of the company, this will be established by a committee, here they will analysis the codes of conduct and bring them back yearly.
Planning involves setting objectives and determining a course of action for achieving these goals. Planning requires managers to be aware of their environmental conditions facing their organisation and forecast future conditions. And also requires managers to make quick and beneficial decisions.
Planning is the connector of the tasks. Eventhough some tasks can be done together, there are some that can only being done when the others are finished. A complex project might caused thousands of labour coordinate to fulfil the plan with more time and more funds. Therefore a scheduling is an important component from the planning fuction.
Code of Conduct guidelines must be practical, compliable and of dynamic essence. The guidelines should encompass a reactive and proactive approach, thus should consider past experiences that touched our organization’s fiber, as to future challenges and potential risks that could be avoided or minimized if we plan ahead.
