It is important to learn about parenting because parenting is a significant and intimate relation between a parent and a child. Its biological foundations is unique and the relationship is complex and varied. Parenting is a fulfilling experience and a challenging opportunity for personal growth and development. Parenting is important for the children because the relationship ensures survival and helps shape the child’s destines.

Every society, culture, and subculture defines what appropriate behavior is for parents; in fact, some cultural groups allocate a higher moral stature to parents than to nonparents.
