Why Do You Think You Should Become Staff?

Mature. The definition of mature is; one that is fully developed physically; fully-grown. To me, mature means you are able to watch out for yourself and others, you are able to have manners, and you are reliable as well as responsible. Mature doesn’t have an age to it. There are many kids who are very young, for example, six or seven, who are mature. Others don’t mature until they are about thirteen or fourteen. It really just depends on the background of that individual. Maturity all ties into the changes that Scout undergoes in the book To Kill a Mockingbird.

I would like to be staff on here to help people when they are in need and I am also planning to be very active on here whether I get staff or not. This is currently my favourite game mode to play so that will motivate me to be online a lot of the time. Also because I am planning to be so active I can reduce the hackers and moderate the chat on KitMap and on HCF and Factions which will result in happy players because they can enjoy playing without any toxicity in chat or hackers. I 'm positive that I don 't enjoy servers with bad chat moderation and hackers so why should the players on this server have to suffer from it? I know most of the rules on this server and depending on how a rule is broken in the specific circumstance I can choose a suitable outcome. I can do this by listening to others point of views of what happened in the situation and base a rough idea of what happened then I would ask the offender why they broke this rule and based on their attitude and answer I would give a fair outcome. If a player is not happy with this outcome I would give them one chance to come and talk to me about it to see if we can resolve his/her issue and prevent them from breaking rules in the future. The reason I base an outcome on their attitude as well is because if they have a poor attitude and I give them a mute for a short amount of time they will come back on the server with

I am a very active player and am very dedicated to my position. I am also European which is when majority of the server is on, and this is great because this is when most of the players who break the rules decide to do so.

Have you applied for staff before? No, I have never applied for staff before. I have always thought about it however, and I figured why not- It never hurts to try!

I act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that can help players in times of their need, issues and concerns. I maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high tension or unusual events to keep server operating and to set a positive example for the players and staff team. I have many reasons why i would love to become staff, i have noticed when players are on early in the morning theirs most likely to be, scamming,hacking,etc... i have noticed the diffrence in cyclone network there has been less staff on skyblock (which i play the most) and people are more and happy to try and scam you. For example the other day i got attempted scammed in chat and there was no staff on skyblock and i was very unhappy. Me being staff isn't about power its about caring and loving the players that come on. This is my definition of maturity, I believe maturity you can stand on your own, be polite, and not just think of just yourself, to be mature you should act proper and polite to others no matter the situation and the authors definition (Tim Elmore) fits my definition as well.

Resiliency: The ability to bounce back or bouncing back from a bad situation. I feel that resiliency combines a person of faith and optimism. There will be times where I will not be able to accomplish everything on my statement. I can always look back to resiliency and get back on track.
