Why is corporation adoption good and bad? Many people believe that corporation adoption has a negative outlook. However, many other believe it to be positive. With these positive and negative outlooks we can see that there is good and bad to corporation adoption. I believe that corporation adoption can be more positive than having negative. Corporation adoption is when a company adopts a child that no one wants to adopt. Companies usually do this to make money and to get popularity. A positive outlook for the child is that the child does not get neglected and the child gets what they want. Some negatives for the child is that their life is controlled and they have no freedom.
I believe corporation adoption can be good. Why I think this is because for one the child gets adopted and does not get neglected. The other good thing for the child is he gets what he wants. For example, in the Truman Show, Truman is the child that was adopted by a show company. So far in the movie, Truman has had a full happy life with the people

For example, the child gets no freedoms and their life is basically controlled by the company. In the Truman Show, Truman has a full life but all the people he loves are all actors. Whenever Truman tries to leave somewhere there are people trying to stop him and he does not even know them. Truman can’t leave and his life is controlled by the company. Truman is also being used so that the company can make more money which he does not realize because the company controls him. There are also negatives for the company. The negative is if the child finds out, the whole company could be at stake and they can lose money and popularity. If Truman finds out that his whole life has been a lie, Christof’s whole company could lose money and popularity. His company can also lose the whole show that has been going on for thirty years. Corporation adoption can have a negative
Corporations have their pros and cons. The pros of a corporation include the liability of the corporation instead of individuals, corporate taxes rather than personal taxes, the everlasting nature of a corporation, and the capital corporations make on the stock market. The cons of a corporation include the costs of incorporating, dealing with shareholders, and double taxation.
Adoption is a process whereby a person assumes the parenting of another, usually a child, from that person's biological or legal parent, and in so doing, permanently transfers all rights and responsibilities, from the biological parent or parents. Unlike guardianship adoption effect a permanent change in status and as such requires societal recognition. Adoption is a good process which helps children in different ways. I prefer to handle adoption worldwide and in all societies regardless from religious point of views.
In this research they took out a longitudinal study. They studied 65 children which were placed in an institution when less than four months, which had all experienced early privation. By 4 years old, 24 children had been adopted, 15 returned to their natural homes and the rest remained in the institution. It was found that the adopted children had closer attachments to their parents and had good family relationships and this was not the case for the ‘restored’ children.
What potential tax problems might result if an individual pursues his plan to transfer 40% of the corporate stock to his two children as gifts? Would it make any difference if an individual received all voting stock and had the new corporation transfer nonvoting stock to his children?
They may not know who to turn to and may get pushed aside from one parents if they are not biological child but are to the steo siblings. If in fostercare they may get passed to different people a couple of times and have to get used to different people in their life all the time. They may start to not trust people may have trusted a social worker but have now been taken away from their parents. Adoption may feel a little better due to being with the same person untill they leave but may feel like the child has done something to never see their parents
This having a major role in the child’s development brings out the need for it to be urgency, because having a well grown child with the best health is what the standard should be. the social norm transforms in each decade in the 190s people were worried that what people would think because the child does not look like me or the family. During the 70s the norm started to shift a little and each time there were people to endorse it, for the children it was the permanency advocates trying to break the stereotypes of what a typical family is meant to look like. This rose the rate in which kids were being adopted, the culture adapting changing gave a different meaning to family as it also shifts because we never know what life throws in our way (changing social norms).
When a couple or individual decides to adopt a child, they know they are going to take on the responsibility of taking care of someone else’s child. Due to the biological parent(s) who can’t take care of that child anymore, because of either drug abuse, alcohol abuse, abuse to the child or if the parent(s) had died and there is no other care for the child. So that’s why this gives other couples who cannot have kids, the opportunity to promise themselves to be a great parent to a child in need. Though there are some bad things about adoption as well. Like adopting a child from another country of another race, because once that child is adopted into an American family, he or she will be cut off from their culture and never know about their
One reason foster care programs are positive alternatives is the child is removed from a bad environment. Foster care removes children from abusive environments. In other cases, foster care removes children from dirty and unhealthy homes. Sometimes the program removes the children from illegal activities and dangerous situations. There are even cases where the child has been injured or subjected to mental abuse. The foster care program can help them recover from the verbal, mental, and physical abuse if there was any, or some cases just improve their environment that they live in. While this can be traumatic to the child, the trauma they are exposed to in the bad environment can often be far greater. While some people may claim the trauma of foster care is damaging to the child, it is not as bad a some people make it out to
“It’s about my entire life, it’s not just about my childhood. I want to know that I’m going to have someone to walk me down the aisle. That I’m going to have grandparents for my children.” -Mary (a girl in foster care). Adoption and foster care is used as a solution to a child not having an adequate home, but because of its many issues, the child is put into an unfavorable position and left with an uncertain future. Foster care is when a child is placed into a home and waits for a family to adopt them. Adoption is the act of taking legal responsibility of a child and to protect them . On paper, it sounds likes like an act of kindness, but adoption and foster care has many issues tied to it. Due to the many problems of adoption and foster care, such as the environment in a foster home, the behavior of their peers, mental instability, the adoption process, a child that experienced it impact their life negatively, as demonstrated in The Murderer’s Daughter by Randy Susan Meyers.
The affects that adoption plays on the development of an individual are somewhat difficult to gage. Researchers tend to agree that is indeed does play a role on the development of a person. Children who are adopted very early in their lives tend to have a better outcome on their life than a child who is adopted at an older age. There is a study in which shows that the later the adoption took place, the more trouble the person seemed to have. Research has also shown that that adopted children and adolescents had more psychological problems and trouble in school. A large study also found adopted people was more likely to have a learning disability (Santrock, 2009). Not all the research about adopted children is negative however. One study shows that adopted individuals tended to be more altruistic, caring, and supportive of others (Santrock, 2009).
* Image of the company; Organisation with a positive image and diverse workforce will have more chances of attracting, recruiting and retaining the talent. Negative image leads to loss of trust from employees current and potential, as well as all business partners or customers.
Adopting an older child, just like adopting a newborn will reap rewards as well as hardships. In an article about a woman named Judy Myerson adopting a girl who would be about eight or nine by the time she was handed over to her. She did not always want to go about adopting an older child, but her eleven-year-old son Daniel convinced her to adopt the “sad girl.” This mother struggled a lot at the beginning of this adoption, but it is clear to see it was the most rewarding experience of her
Martina Tafoya Ms.Lopez English Language Arts November 14,2017 How Does Adoption Affect A Child? Once a child has been adopted it starts to affect them around the age 13, so when they become a teenager it affects them because they start to think “Was I not good enough that’s why my actual parents gave me up?” “My parents didn’t want or love me” “I probably wasn’t good enough for my mom and dad's family so they decided to just give me up” once they start thinking things like that the child most likely becomes depressed. When a child is adopted as an infant they are affected by the adoption throughout their lives because they were very young when they got adopted and don’t know what to think as
There are common ordeals and situations that can trouble a family emotionally, physically, and psychologically. Adoption is one situation a family must encounter when a child is born without a proper system of support to sustain life after birth. The causes for a family to make a heartfelt decision to place a child for adoption can have dramatic effects on the birth parents, adoptive parents, and child (Adoptee), even if the decision is meant for the best.
Since 1776, the United States of America has had a growing problem with orphans and childhood adoption. Orphanages become overpopulated while foster homes shelter up to 3 children on average. The foster care system has been viewed as positive reinforcement for American homes; yet the point of fostering children is consistently overlooked. Adoption is necessary for orphans, foster children, or children in abusive homes. The act of adopting a child comes with positive benefits and fiscal responsibility, such as government assistance and wiser spending. Children obtain a healthy childhood with a familiar sense of belonging. The drawback of this is the long governmental process of petitioning for adoption. Seeking the birthparents, if they are alive, retrieving consent, being fiscally responsible, and having a safe environment for the child to grow up in are all responsibilities to look forward to when adopting a child. The adoption rate in the United States of America needs to increase dramatically, as there are social benefits, mental health improvements, and economical advantages for families who adopt.
