When going through the list of designers to choose from for this project, Ralph Lauren’s name really stuck out to me. Mostly because he was mentioned quite a bit in my favorite show “FRIENDS!” After watching that show I have always wanted to know more about him and now I’m really glad I do. Yves Saint Laurent was a great fan of art and a collector. He took inspiration for several of his designs from famous artists. In 1965 he launched the Mondrian collection, inspired by Piet Mondrian paintings.
