These teens will identify themselves as huge fanatics of their desired artists. Where the 1990's and 1960's differ is the genre of music. In the 1960's, rock and roll was huge. In the 1990's, we had more artists known for their pop genre music. Though the genres are different, the willingness and extent of some of these fans to see their favorite artists are very similar.
