The dissociation of Sr(OH)2 is,

Sr(OH)2   Sr2+ + 2OH-

From the above equation, 1 mol of Sr(OH)2 gives 2 moles of hydroxide ion. So, the concentration of hydroxide ions would also be two times to the given concentration of Sr(OH)2.
