There are certain parameters to have a balanced compensation.
1 Engage customers. customers must be kept on lists when there are no arrangements to have them seated. The moment the seats are available they should be chimed in immediately.
2 Control inventory. The restaurant manager must have to keep an eye on inventory to be sold. If there are listed items with limited shelf life should be prioritized to be sold on a FIFO basis.
3 Logistics. He must have an awareness of Operations so that he could enlist the things and work on them to avoid any unforeseen delays.
