If the patient has negative result, he/she should not be counted in Quarantine_Center else count. The health status of a patient in center is also maintained whether recovering or not. If patient is dead/recovered its count is decremented and the bed gets empty. All the results, count of patients total and for each category (P/N) must be displayed.
