In looking at the to do list I have decided to delegate the following to the employees listed below and the reason for the idea for them to handle the task.
Alyssa Ackman will be handling the order coffee cups and stirrers for upcoming month and gathering the information on the monthly sales of the coffee shop for the beverages sold per week and revenue generated per week by using the point of sales system to run a report for the call (College for America, 2015a). I as the manager will be on the call with Fred and Carrie to discuss and give them the update on the sales per the report from the system. The reason that I chose to delegate Alyssa for these task is according to her responsibilities and her skill level she is more aware of the inventory that we have on hand for the cups and stirrers and she uses the point of sale system and can run the report for weekly sales and revenue that was generated by weekly (College for America, 2015b).

The reason that she would be responsible for these task are the job duties are marketing, public relations, community outreach, copywriting, event planning and more. Her qualifications of having the Bachelor’s degree in communications will assist in the placing of the advertisement for another barista (College for America, 2015b).
