Sobbing is the only noise coming from Brianna Ayube’s Boston University dorm room. The cries are the only thing breaking the silence of her sleeping suite mates on this Saturday afternoon. As time goes on it grows more faint, until being interrupted by a muffled whisper. Eventually, the door opens, Brianna leads out a a girl younger than herself, who appears to be the source of the tears. “Don’t hesitate to call me if you need anything else”, Brianna says, offering one last warm hug as the young girl leaves. “And don’t worry, I will find a way to fix this, we’re in it together now.” Ayube has a genuine disposition, complimented by her welcoming personality. This secured her the position, vice president of risks, in her sorority. Ayube spends her days juggling between studying public relations and micromanaging her 150 sisters. *** Every semester her sorority throws a date party for their members. It’s held at a popular bar, that’s suited for a night of dancing, drinks and drunken appetites. Most sisters freak out over what to wear or who to ask as their date. Over 250 people attend, and even though some students are not of age, barely anyone is sober, except Ayube, who has a lot on her mind. “I have to start planning at the beginning of the semester,” says Ayube. “I have to find a venue, clear it with Boston University and Alpha Phi advisors, and then plan the whole event.” For Ayube, planning doesn 't stop at picking a dj, or finalizing a buffet menu. “I also need
