CU1515- Introduction to Communication in Health, Social Care or Children's and Young People's Setting. 1.1- Identify different reasons why people communicate. People can communicate in many different ways, verbal (talking), Written (email, memo, posters), body language/gestures (the way they react when been given information), their facial expression, eye contact, sigh language and behavior. People communicate to one another on a day to day basis. This may include personal details which show address, phone numbers, and medical information. Information on child development, like observation sheets. Finical information, how the children's parents pay for the children to be in the nursery. 4.3- Describe situations where information normally considered to be confidential might need to be passed on.
