Panama City Beach is a tourist town and it relies on people coming from all over the world to visit. The busiest months are during Spring Break and when summer vacation starts. Right now, the law only states drinking any kind of alcohol on the beach during March is illegal and bars that are on the beach front must close at 2 am. The law should be changed to include drinking on the beach during the summer months illegal. If drinking on the beach during Spring Break and the summer months was made illegal fewer people would end up dying while vacationing, less sexual assaults, it will cut down on underage drinking, and the crime rate.
