Many of the problems that Carl has found concerning the new employee orientation could have been avoided. Carl is a recently hired employee himself. He should have kept up with the progress of the new employee orientation and checked on the files for the applicants. In my opinion the modified recipe tasted much better while being healthier with significantly less calories and fats. I substituted sugar and white rice with brown sugar and brown rice while completely removing vegetable oil form the recipe. Furthermore, once I removed the vegetable oil from the recipe I decided to grill the chicken instead of sautéing it with oil and to steam my vegetables instead of sautéing them. Therefore, with a few minor changes I was able to eat healthier while keeping the taste even making the recipe taste and look better.
