Investigate learning management software packages that are available through application service providers. Using the World Wide Web, identify at least two potential sources of such software. What are the key functions, requirements, pros and cons? While doing my research, the two Learning Management Systems (LMS) that I selected were Moodle and Edmodo.
Moodle
Functions:
Moodle is a modular system based on plugins. They use a variety of plugins for that will satisfy any specific activity. One of their best tool is the full peer assessment process, which can provide accurate information about hundreds of students instantly, helping in the time-saving process. “Add some tracking and reports and the ability to add more plugins

Create a request for proposal (RFP) to which interested vendors and consultants could respond
Purpose:
The main purpose is basically to help our students and faculty to develop and enhance their management skill by acquiring a learning management software. By doing this, the students and faculty can accurately identify the areas of improvement in their management process and find solutions and guidance on how to correct them.
In our last 2 evaluations, the evaluators discovered missing or broken management processes in several of our programs. These discrepancies need to be correct to avoid future unwanted results and to not compromise our ability to help our
Learning how to navigate the online classroom environment is essential to your academic success. GCU’s Learning Management System (LMS) LoudCloud has many resources to help you become a successful graduate student.
Problem 1-2: Had some difficulty understanding what the questions required. Relations between sets could mean identifying sub sets, super sets, intersections and differences. In the end I went with it all and will throw myself on the mercy of may fellow student assessors.

Technology of the past 20 years has become a focal point of teaching and learning. As a teacher, it is my job to facilitate the learning for an individual by creating an environment that not only conducive for learning, but also places the child in a position to discover and learn them for themselves. Technology has given teachers to opportunity to take learning beyond the classroom, and has begun to reshape their role in the learning process.
Management-Specific Learning Goals: Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of all business functions, practices, and related theories and be able to integrate this functional knowledge in order to address business problems. More specifically, students will gain competency and knowledge in solving complex business problems.
These educators are constantly fighting to stay ahead of the students and are often less secure in their understanding of the technology which can translate into ineffective teaching. (Ringstaff & Kelley, 2002).
At it’s initial state all Document Transmissions to vendors happened outside the FTP site and no Transmittal record was kept. Each land will use a different method of communication with the vendor that usually resulted in re-work and “lost in transmission documentation”. Proper filling and login of the documentation received and sent was relying on the receivers/senders best judgement.
Program effectiveness through anecdotal records will be done through the recording of how the children have progressed or remained the same from enrollment to current time. Using anecdotal records will also help me to be able to communicate with families about their children and to ask for assistance in the home if it is
In our management class, the course introduces the process of management by studying the functions performed by managers including planning, organizing, leading and evaluating. To study these functions, the class must achieve at learning the objectives. These three objectives are; gaining factual knowledge of management, learning fundamental principles, and learning to apply course material in the real world (Syllabus 2016.) Some of the rewards we gain from completing this course are gaining knowledge from discussing ethics and social responsibility in management decision-making, and using techniques to manage and motivate employees.

It also includes the delivery of content via Internet, intranet/extranet (LAN/WAN), audio- and videotape, satellite broadcast, podcast, interactive TV, CD-ROM, and more. E-learning programs are endowed with a training system, which employees can access, where face-to-face instruction is not possible because the very nature is that it is borderless and potentially global in scope. With e-learning methods, training can take place on-demand, and trainees can be given greater control over their learning than ever before (Rosenberg 2001). This increased control has the potential to improve training effectiveness. E-learning courses add value to traditional learning modes by offering self-paced or live, instructed training classes. Specifically, self-paced courses can be taken at the employee's leisure and are good for self-motivated persons. Typically these types of courses can be taken at convenience of the busy workers as well as for globally dispersed employees. Hence workplace training needs to be broadened and customized (Marc J. Rosenberg & Steven Foreman 2010). Live e-learning is capable of instant updating, storage/retrieval, distribution and sharing of instruction and information. Soft skills such as management, leadership, or team building can be tackled in this environment. However, this type of training works best if the class size is limited to 25
The electronic learning portal is taking place of many of the employee training programs. This is because E-learning portal can be used to deliver the study material directly to the employee instead of the employee needing to have a supervisor deliver it directly. This program has shown to save companies anywhere between 30 and 70 percent over traditional methods (Fister, 2008). Utilizing this system decreases
e-Learning is a catch-all term that covers a wide range of instructional material that can be delivered on a CD-ROM or DVD, over a local area network (LAN), or on the Internet. It includes Computer-Based Training (CBT), Web-Based Training (WBT), Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS), distance or online learning and online tutorials. The major advantage to students is its easy access. There
