Effective communication is vital to the smooth running of a business and various methods of communication are used within a business environment to achieve this. Each form has various benefits to communicate effectively to their designated target audience. When communication is carried out properly it means the sender and receiver both correctly obtain the same information. Each

Other techniques that can provide communication within an organization are weekly or monthly meetings, memos, and e-mails. These techniques can be effective at many levels within an organization, but there are communication techniques that fail to help an organization thrive because of the lack of knowledge and sharing between departments.

Communication is the delivery of information between multiple groups, it is very necessary to have effective communications in the workplace because everything people do at work results from communication. Work efficiency and productivity is the key to success in the workplace, they can enhance the understanding between employer and employee, and high efficiency and productivity come from effective communication.
Various types of communication are used within a business environment; there are a range of methods in which two or more colleagues can communicate. Communication in a business environment can vary in purpose, examples of message purposes include; to inform; persuade; teach; request action; motivate or inspire. Communication within the business workplace must be clear and concise to avoid misunderstandings. Methods of communication used within the workplace include written, verbal and non-verbal communication.
Communication is the behaviours, whether they be verbal or non-verbal, that one individual perceives from another (Judith Dwyer, 2016). The efficient communication between a sender and receiver plays a crucial role between organisations and personal use as it allows us as communicators, to comprehend the fundamentals and processes which flow from the sender, to the receiver to ensure a dynamic and clear communication is achieved. Effective communication plays a crucial role in the delivering of messages to boost the productivity of a workplace, although it is not always easy for this to be accomplished as it may be deterred through hurdles that could effectively result in messages be misinterpreted from the sender to receiver. Organizational communication is the interactional expression. In the present-day world, it is very important for an organization to manage its internal processes efficiently. It is also essential that all the staff of various departments informed timely and by a chain of command about what they should know for the better and efficient work, which will help in the development of inner working efficiency which results in savings, and profits for the organization.
