The Nestle’s headquartered in Switzerland and it was founded by Henri Nestle in 1866. Though innovation and renovation, Nestle grows it product lines and maintains a balance on its geo-environmental activities and product lines. They operate long term goals rather than short term goals.
Before any company want to make a decision to formulate and implement on some strategies, they would have to evaluate and measure their current performance first.
