Muscles are the type of soft tissue found in animals and humans. There are three types of muscles such as striated muscle, non-striated, and cardiac muscle. The muscles for facial expression originate in superficial fascia or on skull bones. It is inserted in superficial fascia of skin and on the contraction of these muscles pull on the skin.
