Summary Introduction
Immunity is the ability of a host organism to resist infection and diseases. All the cells, organs and tissues involved in generating immunity comprise the immune system. Immune system is one of the most important systems of the body that protects it from various harmful intrinsic and extrinsic entities. There are two prime types of immune system: adaptive and innate. Innate immune system is made from bone marrow cells. The adaptive immune system is a more advanced system and consists of lymphatic cells.
