- When the workers are self-motivated, then the idle time would make them feel good about the company, and work more to make management happy.
- When some workers are repeatedly making injuries or accidents, idle time is given to those to relax and back on track.
- After doing work that requires high effort, a little idle time is desirable for them to relax their muscle.
