The text output of a program should be well-formatted for readability as well as displaying
numbers with the proper notation and precision levels. The default output formatting in C++ is
often not desirable, so one can add explicit instructions to the cout stream. These manipulators
and functions are defined in the library.
• setw (n): set the width (number of characters) of the next item to be at least n.
• If the next item width is less than n, then pad the item with extra spaces.
• If the next item width is greater than n, then the entire next item is output.
• left and right: when used in conjunction with setw (), justify the item to one side
forcing the padding to the other side. Note that these manipulators are persistent, i.e. remains
effective until the next change occurs.
• fixed: use the fixed-point notation (the decimal point notation that we are familiar with)
when displaying a numerical item. Note that fixed defaults to 6 decimal points if the data
type is float or…
You should submit a script file and a plain text output file (.txt) that contains the test output. Multiple file uploads are permitted. Don’t forget to include descriptive comments in your Python code.
Your submission will be assessed using the following Aspects.
Does the submission include the is_divisible function from Section 6.4 of the textbook?
Does the submission implement an is_power function that takes two arguments?
Does the is_power function call is_divisible?
Does the is_power function call itself recursively?
Does the is_power function include code for the base case of the two arguments being equal?
Does the is_power function include code for the base case of the second argument being "1"?
Does the submission include correct output for the five test cases?

If this quantity is positive, the function calculates A. If the quantity is negative, a, b, and c do not form a triangle, and the function should set A = -1. The value of A should be returned by the function. Test the function by passing various data to it and verifying the returned value.arrow_forward12. John is used to doing programming in Python and since the print() function in Python by default prints a newline after printing the string passed to the print() function. But in his current project, he is using PHP programming language and the echo function does not print a newline by default after the end of the string. So, he often misses giving a newline after printing a message. Help David by writing a function myecho() that takes a string as a parameter and also prints a newline after printing the string.arrow_forward2.
