Darla: To effectively motivate employees to change with the strategy implemented managers will benefit from using the authentic leadership method to gain employee trust and build overall confidence and morale in the different departments Riordan has. This strategy requires managers to be genuine with employees about who he or she is as a manager, encourage open communication, share information to keep employees on the same page, and lastly stick to the ideals and best interest of the company. Using this method is one way Riordan can implement a bureaucratic structure to the current informal customer information function.

To successfully implement change, employees need to understand how this will benefit them and impact their daily work. One of the things is that something might look good on paper can have drawbacks that are not realized by the planners, but can be easily identified by the employees who must implement the change. Since my coursework has ended, I have continued to volunteer at an urgent care clinic, while also looking for work. I am hoping to find a job position at one of the many hospitals in Oklahoma City or with a research team at the University of Oklahoma. Depending on financial standing, I may also enroll in one class in the fall semester to stay fresh academically and build upon existing knowledge.
As for my internship my job title was a flight following analyst. My goal with the company was to create a dashboard out of the 2014-2015 fiscal year flight data. My typical day would consist of around a 1 hour and 20 minute commute one way. The internship was located at the Tobias Bolanos International Airport. That is where the headquarters, and all the offices were located. However all the flights flew out of the Juan Santamaria International Airport.
After winning junior tournaments I wanted more and therefore; I challenged myself to the next level. I remember having a chat with my dad, he was giving me a father to son chat about life and what is best to focus on whether academic studies or sport? As he was concerned because I was spending more time playing sports than doing school work. He said life of sport is hard but, I reassured him that everything will be fine. I knew I had a mind set and ability not to give up because my strength lies on mental toughness and my settling for second best wasn’t /is not satisfying outcome.
Ryan can still end the school year with a better grade. He has two projects that he needs to complete because they are part of the grade descriptors, and they will continue to impact his next quarter grades. Please be advised that Michael Cruz was enrolled as a 1st grade student at Oilton Elementary School on August 21, 2014. Michael performed exceptionally well throughout the school year academically. On March 9, 2015, the academic team including the building-level teacher, classroom teachers, and parents met to discuss Michael’s academic abilities and the possibility of promoting Michael into the 2nd grade. The academic team considered Michael’s academic abilities and social maturity and determined it was in Michael’s best interest to place him into the 2nd grade. The company is ran prominently by ex-service members that provide a vast amount of financial products and services to include auto loans, insurances, and investment services to name a few. I was staff on there for about a week where I learned to be kind to others. And realizing that I should understand our disagreements and just let silly reasons go. Even if it's serious there should always be some forgiveness. This was most likely the biggest server I was ever staff on. Reaching around 1k+ players on sotw and the day after. It had multiple servers Clans and Guilds and kitmap, which was one of the reasons I retired there were no staff on to ever help out. There would be 2 staff members in teamspeak like 6 in one room playing CS:GO and the rest never playing, It was always me and Clacking I wish that It could have more staff members like him since he always helped out.
