The secondresonance structure for the molecule
Concept introduction:
Many molecules and ions can be shown with the help of more than one Lewis structure and they differ only in the position of their electrons. They are known as the resonance structure.
Resonance describes the delocalization of electrons within a molecule.
A lone pair of oxygen can be moved to create a double bond with the C atom.
A pair of electrons from the double bond can be moved to the oxygen atom.
