Understanding Customer Needs for 3 different customers of HR
Employees – Require information on employment contracts
Managers – Require staff who can fulfill their job role efficiently and meet performance targets.
Applicants – Require a clear induction policy and training plan taking their individual needs into account.

Each situation must be dealt with promptly as it arises and be handled in a fair and consistent manner.
Regular interventions or an open door policy can encourage employees to talk about problems before they escalate.
HR should clearly communicate the policy for raising a grievance (eg informal complaints, written complaints, how complaints may be escalated and estimated timescales). Explain that the organisation values it’s customers and wishes to resolve any problems that may arise. Ensure customers feel assured that their issues will be taken seriously and dealt with confidentially and encourage customers to feedback any issues before they intensify.
Methods of Communication
Effective communication between all stakeholders is vital to ensure all interested parties are informed and involved in the decision making process.
The method of communication used depends on the customers needs, the type of information and how much information they need, and how the customer is likely to react to the information also. (Bad news is best conveyed in person rather than in writing to allow questions and discussion to take place).

For multi agency working to be successful, good communication from all the organisations and care providers is very important with understanding of the responsibilities for each agency. It also requires all agencies involved to work to a satisfactory level.
Managers – Require staff who can fulfill their job role efficiently and meet performance targets.
Effective communication is vital to the smooth running of a business and various methods of communication are used within a business environment to achieve this. As part of taking an active role in the recruitment process I also complete a one day training room based induction with all new starters. The induction day I devised myself and put a power point presentation together. On this day I cover codes of practice minimum standards professional boundries, Ethos of supported living, Policies and proceedures, Journal and incident writing and also information on The Regard Partnership. The regional director for Wales sat in on my first induction and gave positive feedback on the induction. Also after the induction all staff fill out evaluation forms, All of which have been extremely positive.
For example, Band 1 is at entry level/admin, Band 2 is an advisory level or managing a small team of staff, Band 3 is consultancy level and Band 4 is managerial level, leading an organisations’ HR department.
Effective communication also must occur in a broader sense, flowing down, across and up the organization. All personnel must receive a clear message from top management that control responsibilities must be taken seriously. They must understand their own role in the internal control system, as well as how individual activities relate to the work of others. They must have a means of communicating significant information upstream. There also needs to be effective communication with external parties, such as customers, suppliers, regulators and shareholders.
The following report contains information on how Human Resources can support the organisation with both internal processes and meeting key business objectives.

I work closely with recruiting managers to attract key people in to our work force. I have built relationships with local colleges to entice students who are studying towards relevant qualifications in health and social care to work for us, holding open days specifically to attract this market of potential candidates.
My report briefly summarise the CIPD Profession Map, then I would like to make comment on the activities and knowledge specified within one professional area first. The second part my report will outline how an HR/L&D practitioner should ensure the services provided are timely and effective.
Make sure the employee is clear about the job expectations, the production expectations and any other details that would enable the person to perform effectively. Job descriptions, posted production standards, and data about performance help the employee understand and perform their role. A Performance Management System ensures the employee’s clarity about the goals.
4. Form an Ethics Committee for enforcement of policies and overseer of employees. This would solve most of their problems; employees from top to bottom would be more ethical and have more integrity if they knew they were being watched and that policies would be enforced.
This is a research paper about the organizational strategy on human resource activities such as health care recruitment and selection of employees, employee appraisal or employee compensation. What are the three laws that HR managers must keep in mind when performing these tasks? What is the impact that these laws have on how an HR manager performs his or her duties? At the end of this research paper I will share with you a story of a HR manager who was asked not to follow one of these laws and what happened as a result.
Ensure that the individual and collective relationship between the organisation and its employees are managed appropriately
With the acquiring of quality employees comes the assessment and development of Human Resources. Having the right people for the job is just selecting the right people to
