With that said in some ways the work placement did not aid on my professional development as it was a limited experience. For example there was a limit to what I could do as all I mainly did was play and support the children, which slightly hindered my professional development. With that said I think the entire placement aided my professional development due to the reasons mentioned above. With all that said I think the overall experience helped me develop professional and prepare for future professional relationships ahead, such of between nurse and service user. The placement is the main cause for my professional development as it for a formal learning opportunity; however at the same time my academic work has helped me develop professionally as well. 7B1.What seemed to work for you? I think the best behavior that worked for me was being direct to my objective. Being assertive is a basic communication skill. In these situations, I used my confidence, which means that I voiced myself successfully and stood up for my point of view, while also respecting the rights and beliefs of others. This behavior also helped me boost self-respect and earn others' respect. I think this can help with stress management, especially if you manage to take on too many responsibilities because you have a hard time saying no.

All of these issues can be resolved very simply. Any technical fault that involves my computer should be reported to uplands for them to put back right. Things like photocopier/printer running out of paper I would just use knowledge to fill it back up with paper. If the paper gets jammed inside the printer I would try and resolve it, if not I would let a member of staff know and see if they could help me with it.

Records creation results straight from the transaction of business. People and organisation do business results in the creation of records. A record must be intentionally created because managing the transaction, by itself, does not create the record. Records that will be accountable cannot be created or managed without an acceptable record keeping system. The focus of my work in Unit 3 was the human body and the physical toll the environment takes on it. I refined my ideas by focusing on the internal and external qualities that are altered by ones environment and personal attributes.
